Salmon Fillets2 fillets
White Miso Paste2 tablespoons

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a small bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the salmon is well coated. Marinate for about 20 minutes.

Line a baking tray with baking paper or foil. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the tray, skin side down.

Bake the salmon for 15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and caramelised on top.

Remove from the oven and transfer to plates. Garnish with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds.

Serve with steamed rice and vegetables if desired.
