Ingredients

Minced Beef300 g
Potatoes4 pcs
Onion1 large
Tomatoes2 pcs
Tomato Paste1 tbsp
Vegetable Oil3 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
Black Pepper1 tsp
Red Pepper Flakes1 tsp
Hot Water480 ml

Instructions

Chop the onion into small pieces and place it in a pot with the vegetable oil, sauté over medium heat.

Add the minced beef to the sautéed onion and cook until it changes colour.

Add the tomato paste and chopped tomatoes, sauté for a few more minutes.

Dice the potatoes and add them to the pot.

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Add the hot water and cover the pot with a lid.

Cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender.

Serve hot with rice and yoghurt.
