Fine bulgur300 g
Tomato paste15 ml
Pepper paste15 ml
Olive oil50 ml
Juice of one lemon1 unit
Pomegranate molasses50 ml

Isot pepper5 ml

Lettuce (for serving)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Place fine bulgur in a large bowl.

Add tomato paste, pepper paste, grated onion, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, isot pepper, black pepper, cumin, and salt on top.

Knead the ingredients thoroughly.

After kneading for a while, add olive oil, lemon juice, and pomegranate molasses.

Continue kneading until all ingredients are well combined and the bulgur softens.

Shape the prepared çiğ köfte.

Serve generously with lettuce and lemon wedges.
