Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the minced beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped parsley, chopped garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Shape the mixture into walnut-sized meatballs.

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan and brown the meatballs on all sides until golden.

Pour the tomato passata over the meatballs, cover, and let cook on low heat for about 25 minutes.

Serve the meatballs hot with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
