Icing Sugar60 g
Lemon Juice2 tbsp
Lemon Zest1 tsp
Flour240 g
Baking Powder10 g
Vanilla Powder5 g

Instructions

Cream the butter and icing sugar together in a bowl until smooth.

Add the egg and continue mixing.

Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, then mix.

Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla powder, and knead into a soft dough.

Form small balls from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve with tea.
