Ingredients

İspir beans400 g
onion1 large
olive oil30 ml
tomato paste15 g
salt5 g
black pepper2.5 g
water800 ml

Instructions

Soak the İspir beans in water overnight.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot and add the chopped onion. Sauté until the onions are soft.

Add the tomato paste and continue to sauté for about 1 minute.

Add the drained beans to the pot.

Add the water, salt, and black pepper.

Stir all the ingredients and cook on low heat until the beans are tender and the sauce thickens.

Serve hot. You can serve it with fresh bread on the side.
