Place the roasted hazelnuts into a food processor.

Blend the hazelnuts until smooth and creamy.

Then add the honey, olive oil, and salt.

Process all the ingredients again until well combined.

Transfer the prepared hazelnut butter into a jar and serve by spreading it on bread at breakfast.
