Ingredients

Green lentils200 g
Red onion1
Tomato1
Cucumber1
Parsley0.5 bunch
Olive oil2 tbsp
Pomegranate molasses1 tbsp
Lemon juice0.5 unit
Salt1 tsp
Black pepper0.5 tsp

Instructions

Rinse the green lentils thoroughly under plenty of water and place them in a pot.

Add enough water to cover them and boil until the lentils are soft (about 20 minutes).

Drain the boiled lentils and let them cool.

Dice the red onion, tomato, and cucumber.

Finely chop the parsley.

Place the cooled lentils in a large bowl, add the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and parsley.

Add olive oil, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Transfer your salad to a serving plate and serve with a slice of bread if desired.
