Fresh Green Beans500 g
Onion1 large
Carrots2 medium
Potatoes2 medium
Garlic2 cloves
Olive Oil100 ml
Tomato Paste1 tablespoon
Granulated Sugar1 teaspoon
Water300 ml
Salt
Dill

Instructions

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add the carrots and potatoes and sauté for a few more minutes.

Add the tomato paste and granulated sugar, then stir.

Add the green beans, then pour in the water.

Season with salt to taste.

Cook on low heat until the green beans are tender.

Once cooled, sprinkle generously with dill.

Serve with a slice of bread.
