Put 2 tbsp dried oregano into a small bowl.
Add 1 tbsp dried thyme.
Add 1 tbsp garlic powder.
Add 1 tbsp onion powder.
Stir in 1 tsp fine sea salt and ½ tsp ground black pepper.
Add 1 tsp dried marjoram and 1 tsp dried parsley.
Whisk or stir until well combined.
Transfer the seasoning mix to an airtight jar and store in a cool, dark place for up to six months.
