Cut the gourmet panettone horizontally into 6 equal slices.

Prepare the fillings: mix the cream cheese with the smoked salmon for one layer; mix the cooked ham with the mayonnaise for another; combine the mortadella with the artichoke hearts for another layer.

For a fresh layer, arrange the lettuce leaves, sliced cucumber, and sliced boiled eggs.

Spread the different fillings on each slice of panettone, alternating the flavours.

Reassemble the panettone by stacking the filled slices.

Spread a little mayonnaise on the top surface and decorate with lettuce leaves and capers.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
