Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the diced chicken breasts and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the frying pan and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Pour in the double cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.

Season with salt and black pepper. Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the frying pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
