Sushi rice300 g
Nori seaweed4 sheets
Rice vinegar2 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp
Salt1 pinch
Cucumber1
Carrot1
Avocado1
Fresh tuna100 g
Eggs2 eggs
Soy sauce1 tsp

Instructions

Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.

Season the cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and let it cool.

Beat the eggs with soy sauce and prepare a thin omelette in a pan. Cut it into strips.

Cut the cucumber and carrot into sticks and slice the avocado.

Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the seaweed, leaving a free border at the top.

Add the cucumber, carrot, avocado, fresh tuna, and omelette in the centre of the rice.

Gently roll everything up using the mat, pressing lightly to compact.

Cut the roll into slices with a wet knife and serve immediately.
