Instructions

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the beef mince, grated onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, cumin, red pepper flakes, milk, and finely chopped parsley.

Take walnut-sized portions of the meat mixture and shape them into meatballs.

Add the vegetable oil to a pan and heat it.

Cook the prepared meatballs in the pan over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.

Serve hot with chips and tomato slices on the side.
