Instructions

Mix warm milk, warm water, and granulated sugar in a bowl.

Add the dry yeast and wait a few minutes for it to foam.

Add vegetable oil, egg white, and salt, then mix.

Gradually add the flour and knead into a soft dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise for about 45 minutes.

Tear off small pieces of dough and flatten them in your palm.

Place the filling made of white cheese and finely chopped parsley inside.

Shape the pastries and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops with egg yolk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden, about 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve warm or at room temperature.
