Delica pumpkin (about 800 g)1 small
Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).

Cut the Delica pumpkin into wedges, leaving the skin on.

Place the pumpkin in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary.

Arrange the wedges on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the edges are golden and caramelised.

Serve the pumpkin hot as a side dish or main course.
