Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, then drain.

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.

Add the crushed garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the curry powder and stir until fragrant.

Pour the cream and milk into the pan, heating while stirring.

Season with salt and black pepper.
