Ingredients

Pasta (penne or your choice)250 g
Cream200 ml
Butter1 tbsp
Garlic1 clove
Grated kashkaval cheese50 g
Salt1 tsp
Black pepper0.5 tsp

Instructions

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water and drain.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the finely chopped garlic and sauté lightly.

Add the cream to the pan and simmer for a few minutes.

Add the boiled pasta and grated kashkaval cheese to the creamy mixture.

Season with salt and black pepper, mix well.

Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
