Ingredients

Fusilli200 g
Cherry tomatoes100 g
Mozzarella cheese80 g
Black olives50 g
Rocket30 g
Extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp
Dried oregano1 tsp
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Cook the fusilli in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Drain the pasta and let it cool completely.

In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes halved, mozzarella cut into cubes, black olives sliced, and rocket.

Add the cooled pasta to the other ingredients.

Season with extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
