Crumble the digestive biscuits and mix them with the melted butter.

Press the mixture into the base of a cake tin to form the base.

In a bowl, whip the double cream.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla powder.

Spread the resulting cream over the biscuit base.

Leave the cheesecake to chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, add the strawberry jam on top.
