Fill a copper mug or a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour 60 ml of vodka over the ice.
Add 15 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice.
Fill the glass to the brim with ginger beer, pouring slowly to preserve the fizz.
Gently stir once or twice with a long spoon to mix without losing the fizz.
Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
