Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin tin with paper cases.

In a bowl, mix together plain flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and vegetable oil.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix quickly, without overworking the batter.

Add the chocolate chips and stir briefly to distribute them through the batter.

Fill the paper cases two-thirds full with the batter.

Bake for about 20 minutes, until the muffins are golden and cooked through (test with a skewer).

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
