Boiled Chickpeas160 g
Large Flatbread or Tortilla1 piece
Olive Oil2 tbsp
Small Onion1 piece
Ground Cumin1 tsp
Paprika Powder0.5 tsp
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp
Fresh Parsley
Pickled Onions (optional)2 tbsp

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the thinly sliced onion. Sauté until the onions are soft.

Add the boiled chickpeas and spices (cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, black pepper). Cook for a few minutes while stirring, slightly mashing the chickpeas.

Remove the mixture from the heat. Spread it over warm flatbread or tortilla.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and pickled onions if desired.

Roll the wrap and serve hot.
