Chicken Breast400 g
Curry Powder1 tbsp

Cream200 ml
Vegetable Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into cubes.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, and sauté.

Add the chicken and sauté until it changes colour.

Add the curry powder and stir until fragrant.

Add the cream, salt, and black pepper.

Cook on low heat until the chicken is tender.
