Thinly slice the chicken breasts.

In another bowl, beat the eggs.

Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

Coat the chicken slices first in the seasoned flour.

Then dip them into the beaten eggs.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
