Brussels sprouts500 g
Onion1 medium
Olive oil2 tbsp
Carrot1 piece
Garlic1 clove
Salt1 tsp
Black pepper0.5 tsp
Hot water240 ml

Instructions

Lightly sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add the chopped carrots and sauté for a few minutes.

Halve the Brussels sprouts and add them to the pot.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Add the hot water, cover the pot.

Cook on low heat until the sprouts are tender.
