Ingredients

Butter150 g
Dark chocolate200 g
Sugar120 g
Eggs2
Plain flour80 g
Vanilla extract1 tsp

Instructions

Melt the butter with the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.

Add the sugar and mix well.

When the mixture has cooled slightly, incorporate the eggs one at a time.

Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Sift in the plain flour and mix only as much as needed.

Pour the batter into a baking tin lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
