Butter150 g
Dark chocolate200 g
Eggs3
Sugar180 g
Plain flour100 g
Unsweetened cocoa powder30 g

Melt the butter with the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and frothy.

Add the melted chocolate, flour, unsweetened cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper.

Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into squares.
