Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side until the bread is custardy but not falling apart.

Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium heat and add the unsalted butter.

Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the soaked brioche slices to the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
