Instructions

Cut the yufka sheets into quarters.

Crumble the white cheese and mix with finely chopped parsley.

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.

Brush this mixture over each piece of yufka.

Place the cheese filling in the centre and fold into a purse shape.

Drizzle melted butter over the purses.
