Shredded sharp cheddar cheese170 g

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, breakfast sausage, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and milk.

Mix everything together thoroughly. Using your hands works best, though it can get a bit messy.

Roll the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.

Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
