Ingredients

Minced beef200 g
Onion1 small
Garlic2 cloves
Fresh ginger1 tbsp
Soy sauce2 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
Black pepper0.5 tsp
Gyoza wrappers20 pieces
Vegetable oil2 tbsp
Water60 ml

Instructions

Place the minced beef, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, and grated ginger into a bowl.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.

Put a spoonful of the filling in the centre of each gyoza wrapper.

Moisten the edges with water and fold the dough to seal.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and cook the gyozas until the bottoms are golden brown.

Add 60 ml of water, cover the pan with a lid, and steam the gyozas.

Serve with a dipping sauce made with soy sauce.
