Peel the banana and cut it into small chunks.
Place the chopped banana, frozen mixed berries, whole milk (or plant-based milk), plain yoghurt and honey (if using) in a blender.
Put the lid on and blend on the highest setting until completely smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a large glass, serve immediately and enjoy well chilled.
