Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Thoroughly wash the sea bass fillets and pat them dry.

Place the sea bass fillets on a baking tray.

Drizzle olive oil over them.

Add lemon slices, sliced onions, and finely chopped garlic on top of the fish.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and thyme.

Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

Garnish the baked sea bass with parsley and serve.
