Ingredients

Salmon2 fillets
Salmon300 g
Extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp
Lemon1
Garlic1 clove
Fresh parsley1 sprig
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Place the salmon fillets on the baking tray.

Brush the fillets with extra virgin olive oil.

Add lemon juice over the fillets and place a few lemon slices on top.

Finely chop the garlic clove and sprinkle it over the salmon.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Bake in the oven for about 18 minutes, until the salmon is tender and fragrant.

Serve hot, perhaps accompanied by crusty bread.
