Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into large wedges.

Place the pumpkin in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well to distribute the seasoning.

Arrange the pumpkin on a baking tray lined with baking paper in a single layer.

Bake for about 30 minutes, until the pumpkin is golden and tender.

Sprinkle the pumpkin with grated Parmigiano Reggiano and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
