Beef Mince400 g
Potatoes2 pcs

Breadcrumbs2 tbsp
Tomato Paste1 tbsp
Tomatoes2 pcs
Green Pepper1 pc
Salt1 tsp
Black Pepper1 tsp
Olive Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Place the minced beef, grated onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and knead well.

Form small meatballs from the mixture.

Slice the potatoes and tomatoes, and chop the green pepper.

Arrange the potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, and meatballs on a baking tray.

Dilute the tomato paste with a little water and drizzle it over the tray.

Add the olive oil as well.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 35-40 minutes until the top is browned.

Serve hot. You can serve it with rice on the side.
