Grate the courgettes and squeeze out the excess water.

In a large bowl, mix the eggs, white cheese, flour, olive oil, finely chopped dill and parsley, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.

Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes until the top is golden.

Remove from the oven, slice, and serve. You can serve it with yoghurt on the side.
