Asparagus250 g
Olive oil1 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
Black pepper0.5 tsp
Garlic1 clove
Lemon juice1 tbsp

Instructions

Wash the asparagus thoroughly and trim the ends.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped garlic.

Add the asparagus to the pan and season with salt and black pepper.

Sauté the asparagus over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

After removing from the heat, drizzle with lemon juice.

Serve hot, optionally with a slice of bread.
