Arrange the green olives, black olives, diced Parmigiano Reggiano, and cured ham on a large serving plate.

Slice the ciabatta and brush each slice with extra virgin olive oil.

Lightly toast the ciabatta slices in a pan until golden.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the plate for a fresh touch.
