Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Set up three shallow bowls: one with plain flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dredge each chicken tender first in the flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned panko mixture.

Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray them with cooking spray.

Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tenders are golden and cooked through.

Serve hot, optionally with honey mustard or your favourite dipping sauce.
